Greetings! Konnichiwa! Hola! I am Jazmin, the founder and CEO of Jazmin Nicole & Co. I am currently a labor and delivery nurse and nurse leader. I like to help people enhance their leadership skills, develop professionally, find balance, and become their very best selves.
The purpose of Jazmin Nicole & Co is to foster leadership and development, increase your mindfulness, and to give back to the community. My mission is to lead, teach, and heal!
I am blogger, philanthropist, and girl boss! J am currently living in Tokyo Japan as a Charge Nurse. I have over 9 years of public health and obstetric nursing experience combined. I work to coordinate healthcare to promote cost effectiveness and optimum maternal and newborn outcomes. In the community, I am heavily involved in many service-oriented organizations. I was an executive board member for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Black Nurses Association (MGCBNA), a chapter of the National Black Nurses Association (NBNA). I am also a founder of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc., a philanthropic organization that focuses on the leadership, cultural, civic, and educational development of children in the community.
Most recently I was selected as a model and advisory board member of Black Nurses Rock Inc., an organization focused on addressing health disparities and mentorship among nurses. I have achieved numerous awards during my career and has received multiple recognitions from community leaders for my community service efforts. I am involved with numerous professional organizations and is the recipient of the Nightingale Nurse Rookie of the Year Award.
